When you cancel your subscription at any point during your monthly or annual cycle, your access to the plan features remains active until the end of your billing period. Then, your subscription plan is canceled automatically, so you don't get charged for the next period.

When you upgrade your Plan level, you pay the prorated amount and get access to the new plan immediately. For example, if you want to upgrade from the $8 Amateur plan to the $35 Master plan, you will be charged the prorated amounts for the time spent on each option. Assuming the upgrade occurs halfway through the monthly billing period, you will be charged an additional $13.50: -4 USD for unused time on your Amateur plan and +17.50 USD for the remaining time on the new Master plan.

If you downgrade your Plan level, your credit card will automatically be charged the new rate beginning with your next billing cycle. Loss of account features or capacity (if applicable) will occur starting from the next cycle.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payments from customers worldwide. All payments on chessify.me are powered by Stripe, which is a secure online payment processing software.

We also allow payments via digital wallets of Google Pay and Apple Pay. For non-recurring payments only, such as buying coins, you can use Klarna, Affirm, and AfterPay to buy the service now and pay later. If you need to pay via a wire transfer or PayPal, please contact us at info@chessify.me.

Chessify offers 2 types of servers:

• unlimited (offered in the subscription plans)
• coin-based (these work with coins and can be used until you run out of coins)

The unlimited servers are shared-speed servers, so their speed can vary depending on how loaded the server is. The minimum speed for the Master plan is 25,000 kN/s but you'll usually get higher speed during the day.

The coin-based servers are dedicated per user, which means their speed is fixed. You need to have coins to rent the dedicated servers. The option for purchasing coins is below the subscription plans on this page. You may also consider the combo plans, which are a combination of coins and the Master or Amateur plans.

For the coin-based servers, we charge per minute of use. Each coin-based server has a different rate and you can pay for them via coins that you get from here.

The unlimited servers refer to:

• The ~10 MN/s server included in the Amateur plan
• The ~20–80 MN/s server (speed depends on user demand and Stockfish version) included in the Master plan

As long as you're making moves on the board, your analysis will keep running.
If you don't make any moves for 30 minutes, a popup will appear: "Are you there?"

Confirm it to keep the analysis running. Otherwise, the server will stop automatically.

Note: This popup only appears for unlimited subscription servers. Coin-based servers do not have any activity checks.
