Introducing ShashChess: A New Addition to the Chessify Engine Suite
Chessify's Discord community was very vocal about their interest in ShashChess, a unique UCI chess engine derived from Stockfish. We're thrilled to announce that the engine is now integrated into our website where you can run it on up to 130 MN/s speed cloud servers.

About ShashChess
ShashChess is an open-source chess engine, which is derived from the renowned Stockfish family. It has been fine-tuned based on Alexander Shashin's theory as exposed in the book "Best Play: A New Method For Discovering The Strongest Move." This approach has allowed ShashChess to exhibit remarkable strength in various position types and has led to noteworthy results, especially in puzzle-solving and mate-finding.
How to Analyze with ShashChess Engine
You can analyze with ShashChess and several other engines (Stockfish, asmFish, LCZero, etc.) by registering or signing in to Chessify's analysis dashboard. This new engine can be used at the following speeds based on your subscription level:
- 1 MN/s (same as 1000 kN/s) - Free ($0)
- 7-15 MN/s - Amateur Plan ($7.99/month or $$79.99/year)
- 20-100 MN/s - Master Plan ($34.99/month or $$349.99/year) & GM Plan ($1200/year)
- 130 MN/s - Dedicated server that can be used if you have coins: 10 coins/minute
The goal of integrating ShashChess into Chessify is to provide our users with a more diverse range of engines to aid in their game analysis, learning, and overall chess improvement. We believe that the unique characteristics of ShashChess will offer fresh perspectives and insights to you.
